A clean white-face overhead storage cabinet with a hardwood-edge frame and a timber pull. Mounts above your galley or rear cab to give you the storage your floor space can't. $250 standard build.
Order one — $250The Hoppin Habitats overhead cabinet is a custom-built ply storage box with a top-hinged front door, sized to bolt up above the galley, the rear cab area, or wherever you've got dead headroom you'd rather put to work.
White-face panels keep the interior bright instead of swallowing light. The hardwood edge frame protects the corners (the bits that take a hit every time you load and unload), and the recessed timber pull is shaped to open one-handed when you're balancing a coffee in the other.
Structural plywood box, hardwood edge banding, hand-finished paint on the face panels. The same materials and joinery we use in our full custom fitouts — built to take corrugations, not just look the part.
Front lifts up on stays and holds open, so both your hands stay free while you're rummaging. Internal shelf splits the box into two usable zones — clothes up top, kettle and mugs below.
Built in our Tingalpa workshop after you order. Standard sizing suits mid-size and high-top vans. Send through your interior dimensions if you want a custom fit, or order a pair if you've got the wall for it.

Here's a pair mounted above the galley in a high-top fitout — same cabinet, same finish, just doubled up to take advantage of the full wall length. Cleans up the rear, keeps your floor back, and matches the look of the rest of a Hoppin Habitats fitout.

Once you've locked in the order, we build yours in our Tingalpa workshop. Roughly a two-week lead time from order to ready — sometimes faster if the workshop's quiet.
Collect from our Tingalpa workshop, about ten minutes from Brisbane Airport. We'll walk you through how it mounts before you head off.
